| Mr. Wu Qinghuan Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board Mr. Wu's entire career has been devoted to the design and production of energy recovery systems. Mr Wu founded CER in 1995, after working for 23 years as an engineer at Nanjing Chemical Industry Research Institute, the largest research institute under the Ministry of Chemical Industry. He currently serves as the executive member of the Chinese Sulfur Industry Association and recently led CER to earn China Science's award for Most Progressive Technology. |
